Legal Call Center Representative
Location: Newark, NJ (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Compensation: $23/hour, commensurate with experience

Trustpoint has an immediate opening with a busy and collaborative legal services organization in Newark, NJ, for a Legal Call Center Representative. This onsite role supports a high-volume litigation practice by serving as a primary point of contact for clients and attorneys. The ideal candidate is empathetic, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a client-facing role within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for new clients, offering guidance, updates, and support throughout the litigation process
- Conduct intake calls, gather case details, and accurately enter information into Salesforce
- Manage both outbound and inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Assist with pre-litigation investigations, draft correspondence, and review medical and legal documents
- Support scheduling and calendar management while ensuring all case files remain accurate and up to date
- Maintain a professional, responsive, and client-centered rapport during all interactions
Qualifications
- Experience in a call center, legal setting, or other professional services environment—especially in a client-facing capacity
- Experience working with medical records is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce or similar case management/CRM software
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to manage confidential information responsibly and discreetly
