TrustPoint Electric & Air, in the Phoenix metro area, has 30 years’ experience in the Electric and HVAC industries and is licensed, bonded, insured, and family-owned company with big goals. We are looking for personable and motivated individuals to join our growing team. We are looking for one HVAC industry-experienced professional, and we provide support to help you succeed. Promotions are not based on how long you’ve been here – they’re based on performance.

This position serves customers across the Phoenix area with an approximate 60-mile service area. The customer appointments are scheduled for you. You will install residential HVAC systems, and maybe light commercial systems, perform maintenance and system inspections, communicate repair options clearly with customers, recommend solutions that improve system performance and efficiency, and maintain accurate service notes and invoices. Providing 5-star service is our motto, and the ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of direct knowledge of HVAC systems, people skills, and a proven ability to grow business through exceptional service and relationship building.

This is a W-2, full-time, employee position in Phoenix.

The company is based in Anthem, north Phoenix, and this HVAC installation professional needs to be willing to report in person in the Anthem location.

This position serves customers across the Phoenix area with an approximate 60-mile service area. The customer appointments are scheduled for you. You will:

1. Install new HVAC units and perform Start Up

2. May perform duct work replacement

3. Be experienced in communicating systems, preferably in York

4. Understand static pressures and light commercial units

5. Install ductless and heat pump systems, and package units

6. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems

7. Perform maintenance and system inspections

8. Communicate repair options clearly with customers

9. Recommend solutions that improve system performance and efficiency

10. Maintain accurate service notes and invoices.

11. Willing to work Monday through Saturday during the peak season

Requirements:

Valid Driver’s License with a Clean Driving Record
Pass a Background Check & Pass a Drug Screening (THC included)

Good Communication and Customer Service Skills

Friendly, Well-Groomed, & Professional (We Represent Quality!)

Mechanically Inclined – You Like Working with Your Hands and have some tools

Four (4) years of HVAC installation experience is wanted

Ability to lift 50 pounds, Climb Ladders, and use Basic Tools

Comfortable using a Computer Tablet with navigation apps and Google tools

Great Attitude, Strong Work Ethic, and Eager to Learn

High School diploma or equivalent
