Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, train and develop a team of specialists responsible for maintaining the IBS CIS application in an accurate and optimized state.
- Provide and oversee quality assurance, focusing on exception handling related to failed or incomplete automated data loads from source application feeds.
- Receive and fulfill CIS maintenance and input requests from various areas of the bank.
- Comply with established standards and policies set forth by the CIS oversight team.
- Establish a cohesive team environment focused on achieving critical organizational goals.
- Participate in planning and status meetings with the Chief Data Officer’s CIS oversight team and IT Applications CIS Business Analysts.
- Provide guidance and subject-matter expertise for problems, questions, best practices, trends, root cause analysis, and exception handling.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Must have at least one of the following:
- Bachelor’s degree with one year of banking and/or operations experience.
- Associate’s degree with two years of banking and/or operations experience.
- High School diploma or GED four years of banking and/or operations experience
- Minimum of 3 years management or leadership experience in a corporate environment
- Working knowledge of essential computer and technical skills and functions
- Knowledge of business and banking systems and applications
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and leadership capabilities
- Skilled in critical thinking with effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to foster a collaborative team environment focused on shared goals
- 7 years of experience in an operational or customer equivalent related field in banking preferred
- Experience with IBS CIS is desirable preferred
- College Degree preferred and/or Community College associate degree preferred
