Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior FullStack Software Engineer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in TypeScript, React, GraphQL, NodeJS, and MongoDB, with a strong focus on testing and performance optimization. This role requires a proactive attitude, excellent problem-solving abilities, and leadership skills to drive our projects forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using TypeScript, React, GraphQL, NodeJS, and MongoDB.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and foster a collaborative development environment.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues as they arise.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in TypeScript, React, GraphQL, NodeJS, and MongoDB.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and frameworks.
  • Experience with performance optimization techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to guide and mentor a development team.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B software systems.
  • Experience in the insurance or risk management industry.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP).
