Trustlane Automotive is a locally owned and operated automotive service center in Salinas, CA, and we are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our team. Location: Work takes place in Salinas, CA, serving customers throughout Monterey County. Candidates commuting from surrounding areas such as Monterey, Seaside, Marina, Carmel-by-the-Sea, Greenfield, Soledad, Prunedale, Watsonville, Gilroy, Hollister, or King City are encouraged to apply.
Compensation
$65,000 – $100,000 per year (based on experience and performance)
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No weekends

What You'll Do
- Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles
- Accurately identify mechanical and electrical issues
- Complete inspections and clearly document findings
- Recommend needed repairs and maintenance services
- Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and efficiency standards
- Communicate professionally with service advisors and customers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Technician
- Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and technical skills
- Automotive certification or formal technical training preferred
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
- Valid driver's license
