What are the responsibilities and job description for the Per Diem Nurse position at Trusting Hands Homecare Agency?
Trusting Hands Homecare Agency is seeking a reliable RN or LPN who can commit to Mondays and Tuesdays each week for one of our long-standing school cases. We are looking for a nurse who is dependable, professional, and comfortable working with medically fragile clients in a school setting.
Schedule
Mondays & Tuesdays
7:20 AM – 5:00 PM
Client Details
- 21-year-old male
- Physical weakness; wheelchair user but able to take small assisted steps
- Seizure disorder
- G-tube in place; primarily eats by mouth | Regular diet
- Immunocompromised
- Supportive school environment
- Nurse will accompany the client throughout the school day
Compensation
Registered Nurse (RN):
- $44/hr (W2)
- $50/hr (1099 — must carry active Workers’ Compensation)
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
- $34/hr (W2)
- $40/hr (1099 — must carry active Workers’ Compensation)
What We’re Looking For
- A nurse interested in permanent or per diem placement
- Ability to commit to both days consistently
- Experience with seizure management and G-tube care preferred
- Must be dependable, patient, and comfortable working 1:1
