Compensation: Up To $35 an hr DOE/ PTO, Paid holidays/$100 monthly health stipend
Description:
A loving and easygoing Arlington family is looking for an experienced, nurturing nanny to become a valued part of their family for years to come. With a sweet baby boy arriving in October 2026, they are excited to find someone who genuinely loves children, enjoys staying active, and is passionate about creating fun, meaningful experiences for little ones.
This role will primarily focus on caring for the family's newborn son and energetic 3-year-old daughter, along with school pick-up for their 6-year-old daughter. The family hopes to find a nanny who will build a special bond with their children, encourage learning and exploration, and help create a warm, positive environment where everyone can thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Provide loving, attentive care for a newborn and preschool-aged child
- Prepare bottles and support infant feeding, nap, and daily routines
- Plan fun outings and activities, including trips to parks, libraries, story times, and local events
- Pick up the family's 6-year-old daughter from school
- Encourage creativity, learning, and age-appropriate development
- Handle children's laundry and light child-related household tasks
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and nurturing home environment

Qualifications:
- 2 years of professional nanny experience
- Infant experience required
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong professional references
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, motor vehicle test and drug test
