What are the responsibilities and job description for the Aerial Tree Worker position at Trustfall Tree service?
Looking for a skilled aerial tree worker to join our crew at Trustfall Tree Service in the Green Bay area.
Must be comfortable working from a lift and climbing occasionally, with solid rigging experience. We run a 62 ft. Leguan, so we’re not asking you to do anything crazy. Experience riding the ball for crane removals once in a while is preferred as well.
We currently have one aerial employee and are looking to add a second so he’s not handling all the cuts himself.
Requirements:
- Proficient with rigging.
- Able to operate an Avant with a Branch Manager attachment.
- Comfortable backing up a truck and trailer.
- Clean driving record is REQUIRED.
- Valid driver’s license is REQUIRED.
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus.
If you’re not in the air, you’ll be running the Avant and helping on the ground.
Pay:
Starting wage depends on experience. After your first month, we’ll sit down and reassess pay based on performance.

We’re looking for someone long-term, but we understand many skilled employees eventually want to start their own business. All we ask is plenty of notice so you can help train the next guy.
This is a legitimate position with a legitimate company looking to bring in legitimate talent.
Salary : $25 - $35
