Accounting Specialist | Irvine, CA | Full-Time | In-Person
We’re looking for an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our growing team and oversee key accounting functions including accounts receivable, billing, and daily financial operations. This role supports mortgage-related transactions and partners closely with Operations to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage A/R, billing, invoicing, and collections
- Use QuickBooks for reporting and financial management
- Perform daily client systems updates to ensure accurate financial records and reporting
- Improve processes and internal controls
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of accounting experience (lead experience a plus)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Strong A/R and billing experience
- Mortgage or Escrow background experience a plus
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Pay Range: $21.00 - $25.00/hour
