Job Summary:
Senior Systems Engineer focuses on Microsoft M365 and
Exchange. Managing, designing, and implementing Microsoft M365 and Exchange
environments. This role will involve working closely with our IT team and
various stakeholders to ensure our systems are efficient, secure, and aligned
with the business needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design
and Implementation: Lead the design, implementation, and management of
Microsoft M365 and Exchange environments, ensuring high availability and
performance
- System
Administration: Perform system administration tasks including
configuration, patch management, and troubleshooting of Microsoft M365 and
Exchange systems
- Security
Management: Implement and manage security best practices to protect data
and maintain compliance with company policies and regulations
- Migration
Projects: Plan and execute migration projects to Microsoft M365 and
Exchange from legacy systems or other platforms
- Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements
and provide technical solutions that enhance productivity
- Documentation:
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all system
configurations, changes, and procedures
- Support:
Provide advanced support for Microsoft M365 and Exchange-related issues,
including root cause analysis and problem resolution
- Training:
Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and IT staff in the use
and management of Microsoft M365 and Exchange
.
Qualifications:
- Microsoft
Certified
- Enterprise
Administrator Expert, Microsoft 365 Certified
- Messaging
Administrator Associate, or equivalent
- In-depth
knowledge of Microsoft M365 and Exchange architecture, deployment, and
administration.
- Proficiency
in PowerShell scripting for automation and management of Microsoft M365
and Exchange.
- Experience
with Active Directory, Azure AD, and hybrid environments.
- Strong
understanding of networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, and SSL/TLS.
- Knowledge
of security protocols and best practices, including data protection and
GDPR compliance.
- Excellent
problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability
to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention

Education Requirements:
- Minimum
4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or
