Job Summary:
Director of Global Cybersecurity leads the development and
implementation of a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy to protect the
organization's information assets, ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and
availability of information. This critical role will oversee global
cybersecurity operations, manage risk, and ensure compliance with relevant
regulations and standards.
Develop and Implement Cybersecurity Strategy: Design and
execute a robust global cybersecurity strategy that aligns with the
organization's goals and objectives
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate
cybersecurity risks. Develop policies and procedures to manage risk effectively
Incident Response: Lead the incident response team to
address and remediate cybersecurity incidents promptly. Develop and maintain an
incident response plan
Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws,
regulations, and industry standards, such as GDPR and HIPAA
Security Operations: Oversee global security operations,
including monitoring, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and
security architecture
Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing
cybersecurity team. Provide mentorship, training, and development opportunities
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments,
including IT, legal, and compliance, to ensure a cohesive approach to
cybersecurity
Budget Management: Manage the cybersecurity budget, ensuring
effective allocation of resources to meet security objectives
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest
cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies. Implement continuous
improvement initiatives to enhance the organization's security posture
May require travel to various global locations as needed
Will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and must be
able to adapt quickly to changes in the operating environment
Qualifications:
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM,
or CISA are preferred.
Skills: Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk
management, incident response, and compliance. Excellent leadership,
communication, and problem-solving skills.
Global Perspective: Experience working in a global
organization with knowledge of international cybersecurity regulations and
standards.
Education Requirements:
Minimum 4 Year / Bachelors Degree or Master's degree in
Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
Salary : $190,000 - $211,000
