All Pets Medical Center is a small animal hospital located in Bourne, MA at the entrance of Cape Cod. ULTIMATE SCHEDULE FLEXIBILITY
Full time 4 days, 8-5 is our norm, but if you have a particular schedule in mind.. Name it. Want to be off by 3pm or do a 9-6...we can make almost anything work. If you are looking for just part time, we are happy to accommodate as well. The key is a good fit!

Bourne itself is gorgeous, with the town being a mellow, beach community that sits on the entrance to Cape Cod. If you're looking to move to the Cape, we can offer relocation assistance, but it's also an easy commute from the South Shore or Providence area as we are not "deep in the Cape," but rather right at the start of it.
HOSPITAL
With a 20 year history, the patient base is incredibly stable and growing. In addition to traditonal medicine, our owner doctor offers acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine. All Pets Medical Center is AAHA accredited, Fear Free Certified and Feline Friendly. Everything is digital here... and we have cold lasers, VetScan Imagyst AI, and CoVet (if you want).
THE ROLE
The ideal doctor would be looking to jump into an established practice with a solid patient base in place. 1 years of experience and some soft tissue surgery experience is preferred as doctors are generally set up for 1 surgery day a week. No need to see appointments afterwards either. Knock out a few surgeries and head home. The hospital is equipped to do dentals if that is something you enjoy / want to offer. If you enjoy exotics or pocket pets, the team is happy to see them or you can focus just on small animals care.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- $150K /- dependent upon days you want to work, experience, etc.

- 2 weeks PTO (Grows to up to 4 weeks PTO with tenure)
