Role Description The Audiologist is a full-time, on-site role responsible for providing Compensation and Pension Exams. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting diagnostic hearing evaluations, such as pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, tympanometry, and acoustic reflexes. The Audiologist is expected to contribute to an extraordinary patient experience by delivering clear communication, evidence-based practice, and compassionate, respectful care.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree (AuD or PhD) in Audiology from an accredited institution; current or eligible licensure as an Audiologist.
- Demonstrated proficiency in diagnostic audiology (AC, BC, Speech, Immittance Testing, Stenger, PB Max)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to accurate clinical documentation and adherence to regulatory and ethical standards.
- Comfort with using electronic health records and basic clinical technology; willingness to learn new tools and systems as needed.
- Commitment to delivering respectful, inclusive, and culturally sensitive care to individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle a steady patient caseload while maintaining high-quality care.
- CPR certification
