Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Lead to join our Clinical Research team. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and driving the growth of our clinical trial portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the clinical research industry.
* Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and other potential clients.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
* Represent the company at industry conferences, meetings, and events.
* Provide regular reports on business development activities and progress to senior management.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the clinical research or pharmaceutical industry.
* Proven track record of successfully securing new business and achieving sales targets.
* Strong understanding of the clinical trial process and regulatory environment.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Willingness to travel as required.

* TB Screening (less than one year old)
* Hep B Titers (less than 1 year old)
Immunizations Strongly Recommended:
* COVID vaccination and boosters
* MMR Titers (less than 1 year old)
* Varicella Titers (less than 1 year old)
* TDAP Immunization (less than 10 years old)
* Flu Immunization (within current season)
