ABOUT THIS INSIDE SALES REP - MARKETING COORDINATOR JOB
This is a full‑time position, working Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, providing consistency and work‑life balance.
As our Inside Sales Rep - Marketing Coordinator, you'll start your day reviewing leads and open opportunities in the CRM, making outbound calls to book service and sales appointments, and using AI‑driven tools to manage follow‑ups efficiently. You'll reconnect with customers who have open estimates, confidently closing unsold work over the phone while strengthening trust in our brand. Throughout the day, you'll coordinate with marketing vendors, track campaign data, perform friendly "happy calls" to customers from the previous day's jobs, and assist with inbound call triage to help keep our service and sales schedules full and running smoothly-all while playing a key role in company growth.
