Additional Details:
Prefer 1 reference from last travel assignment. Supervisor title not accepted.
Required Skills/Experience: 5 years of acute care experience
Must be proficient in, Decontamination, Sterilization, Assembly (prep & pack), Case Cart Picking and Endoscope Reprocessing.
Level 1 Trauma facility experience and those with a strong background in orthopedics and micro-instruments.
Required Credentials: Certification must be current and maintained with CEUs as required.
Minimum of High School Diploma or GED. Education must be submitted as part of the submission packet.
Special Requests: No RTO will be approved for the 1st 13-week contract
In the interest of expediting your submission, please list the specialties/unit in which you’ve worked in and all applicable instrumental/tray processing fields you have experience with (Example: General, OB/GYN, ENT, Plastics, Urology, Ortho, etc.) on your work history.
Shift & Scheduling: D/E, 11am-7:30pm, One weekend per month in a 4 week block schedule; every other holiday.
Must be available M-F, no blocked scheduling.
Floating Requirements: Will float to several areas within the hospital.
