Requirements
Experience
36 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
High School completion required
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

CSPDT (Required)
CRCST (Preferred)

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: 3 years of experience working with and leading teams.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
2 years of experience in sterile processing.
Experience working as a scrub tech or surgical tech in a hospital.
Required Credentials: High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Credentials: Graduation from an accepted program in surgical technology or a bachelor’s degree in surgical technology.
