Additional Details:
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years
Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations. (Nursing positions only)

Preferred Skills/Experience: Treadmill Stress Echo, 2-D Echo (Pediatric), Color Doppler (Pediatric), Continuous Wave Doppler, M-Mode (Pediatric), Portable Studies (Pediatric), Pulsed Wave Doppler, Right Ventricular Inflow Tract (RVIT) (Pediatric), Right Ventricular Outflow Tract (RVOT) (Pediatric), Routine (Pediatric), Scanning Complex Anomalies, Scanning Post-Surgical Repairs, Pediatric Acute Care, Pediatric Outpatient, Aortic Arch Abnormalities / Vascular Ring, Bubble studies (Pediatric Anomalies), Coarctaction of the Aorta, Coronary Artery Anomalies, Double Outlet Ventricle, Hypoplastic Heart Syndrome, Imaging Contrast, Pulmonary Venous Return Anomalies, Tetrology of Fallot, Transposition of the Great Vessels, Tricuspid and Pulmonary Atresia, McKesson.
Unit/Facility Details: Would be working with another sonographer. Inpts, outpts, TEE, ED, Peds. Pediatric population experience questions to be discussed with manager.
Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. Could be flexible if time off needed. Schedule could vary some depending on vacation requests.
Shift & Scheduling: Is on-call required? yes after 530pm until 7am will be determined. Are weekends required? Yes rotating weekends. Shift could vary a couple hours.
Details:
- AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
