Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience:
- Knowledge of anatomy and pathology with ability to recognize normal from abnormal findings
- Basic scanning skills with good understanding of sonographic physics and techniques
- Clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting- with some exposure to general, vascular, & OB-GYN sonography
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Additional certifications: OB-GYN, AB
- Experience in the OR and with ultrasound procedures
- 1 year of experience beyond education
Shift & Scheduling:
- Monday to Thursday
- Weekends covered by weekend position staff. No call- call tree implemented for permanent FT staff for critical staffing needs
Floating Requirements:
- Opportunities for extra shifts within the dept. If Breast ultrasound desired- BCC may have opportunities
Salary : $2,464
