Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.
References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Submission Limit: Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility.
Required Skills/Experience: L&D, PP, routine nursery, Intermediate Nursey; Nurses must be able to be independent in all areas of care. There are always a minimum of 2 nurses present, sometimes 3. Each RN is the back up for the other. Strong skills are essential. Each RN is depended on equally.
Shift & Scheduling:
Weekend Requirement - EOW
Holiday Requirement - 1 major, 1 minor if applicable
