Submission Limit: Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Must have at least 1 years of LDRP experience; prefer 3 years of experience in this settings. Will take L&D only with OR circulating experience, but will not accept a candidate who only has postpartum experience. RN must be comfortable with NRP at delivery, no in-house pediatric coverage.
- RNs required to titrate drips: Titrate Pitocin and very occass insulin.
Unit and facility details: Ratios: Labor 1:2, 1:1 at delivery. 1:4 Mother/Baby couplets.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Weekend Requirements: 2 wkend shifts per 4 week schedule, Nights - fri/sat.
- Holiday Requirements: Rotate in with core staff
- May be placed on-call/standby on scheduled shifts and expected to present within 30 minutes of call back
Floating Requirements: All other Sacramento facilities. First to float.
Other Requirements: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
