Additional Details:
Required Credentials: Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on drivers license.
Unit and facility details: Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations.
Shift & Scheduling: Call: based on department needs. Currently at: 10 days of call rotating with core staff. Every 3rd weekend and holidays rotation.
Floating Requirements: May need to float to sites within 40 miles if needed.
