Additional Details:
Required Skills / Experience: 2 years clinical experience
Preferred Skills / Experience: 1 year Neuro specific experience
Required Credentials: Diploma for RNs
Special Requests: 1 manager reference from within the last 12 months OR 2 charge nurse references from within the last 6 months (One reference must be from most recent employment)
Manager cannot guarantee block scheduling.
No travel duos for MS Tele Units unless specifically requested by the facility
HCPs will now be required to attend EPIC training during the second half of the day at TMH orientation. At this time, they will have the opportunity to test out of the training. If they do not pass, they will be required to complete the full training before being released to their unit.
Salary : $1,929
