Seasonal Flu Vaccine is required if working during flu season (September 15-April 30th).
Must be fully vaccinated (exemptions are reviewed on a very limited basis).
No Block Scheduling for any Travelers at Salem.
Required Skills/Experience: Must be able to read tele strips. Med/Surg RN with neuro assessment skills and telemetry competency; ability to interpret Tele Strips.
Shift & Scheduling: EOW. Day Rotators may be rotated between (7a-7p, 11a-11p or 7p-7a) shifts when needed. Night positions do not rotate. Rotation frequency: low
