Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Interventional Radiology experience.
ADN completion required
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
ACLS (Required)
Vaccinations
COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
COVID booster required. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills / Experience: 2 years RN in IR, Cath Lab, Critical Care, ER or Recovery

IV skills, past experience with providing sedation – Sedation experience

Required Credentials: Education: Associate's Degree or Certificate

Special Requests: An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Shift & Scheduling: 5 shifts one week & 4 shifts the next week

Shift times vary 0700, 0730, 0745, 0800, 0830.

Call approximately 1 night/week and every 4-6 weekends

Call Response Time: 30 minutes

Weekends are call only every 4-6 weekends as needed & potential for holiday call
