Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 10 months of Home Health experience within the past 3 years.
Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is preferred from any number of months.
Experience with Oasis is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations
Flu vaccination required. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
Must be able to start within 3 weeks of requested start date. ASAP start dates are required to start within 6 weeks.
Unit/Facility Details: This position covers both home health and hospice.
Shift & Scheduling: Requires on-call rotation of one week every 3 weeks.
