Additional Details:
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience: Ability to work independently on night shift.
Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. Permanent candidates of other Providence facilities (non-Swedish) are eligible for a travel contract only if they have been separated for at least 3 months.
Unit Details: Infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population. 10-20 exams per shift. Imaging patient transporter is stationed in CT during night shift. Outpatient scanner: Siemens 64 slice GO. ER scanner: Siemens 128 slice Definition Edge. PACS: Philips IntelliSpace.
Shift & Scheduling: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday schedule. On-call not scheduled; voluntary.
