Unit Details:
- Responsible for safe, accurate, and efficient distribution of pharmaceutical agents to patients of all ages, employees, and designated hospital areas.
- Collaborates with physicians on drugs and dosing; educates nursing staff, patients, and physicians regarding medications.
- Responsibilities include medication safety initiatives, patient profiles, adverse drug reaction avoidance and reporting, mixing IV admixtures and nutritional supplements, and narcotic accountability.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Mon-Sun, days vary.
- No on-call.
Salary : $2,518
