Experience
Candidates must have a Colorado license or compact license (required for submission). This role will require floating to multiple locations Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local. Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Shift & Scheduling: Shift: Rotating Weekend Requirement: Up to 75% of shifts On Call Requirement: None
Floating Requirements: CHCO Anschutz as needed Client reserves the right to float or reassign Personnel to other areas of practice within their clinical competence to fulfill the scheduled guaranteed hours and within thirty-five (35) miles of their originally assigned facility (unless otherwise agreed to in such Personnel’s individual assignment confirmation).
Required Credentials: Education: Will Consider ADN with 6 years of experience
Preferred Skills/Experience: VAD experience Teaching Hospital Experience
Special Requests: No RTO approved within the first two weeks of the assignment.
Facility holidays: 01/01/2025, 01/20/2025, 05/26/2025, 07/04/2025, 08/31/2025, 11/27/2025, 12/25/2025. Number of holidays allowed off: 0. Start assignment restriction: 14 days

- Must have at least 24 months of Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit experience.
- Travel experience is required from any number of months.
- Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
