RTO: If you have more than 5 days of requested time off, time will be added at the end of the contract to ensure a full 13 weeks.

Special Requests: will work 2 of 3 major holidays, no time off approved between Christmas and new years, Blocked schedule not approved

Unit Details: Number of Bed 593, Daily Census 50-60
