Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: General OT treatment and evaluation skills – focus on ADLs and adaptive equipment.
Preferred Skills/Experience: SNF, home health, or acute care, but preferrable to home health experience. Homecare experience.
Required Credentials: Will accept a bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy
Special Requests: Approval of RTO: to go through manager.
Shift & Scheduling: Monday - Friday.
Floating Requirements:
- May require floating to neighbor cities.
- Racine County and Kenosha County, WI. Most patients are within 20-30 minutes but could have occasional patient that could be close to an hour away (not common).
Salary : $2,314
