Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
• 3 months of travel experience is preferred.
• 3 months of Epic experience is required within the last 12 months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• No current placement allowed at Program: Staffency Program - ProHealth Care.

Additional Details:
An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.
Required Skills/Experience:
• Must be able to read tele.
• Must have experience with cardiac drips and identifying heart rhythms.
• Must be willing to work in the charge role. They will need to be trained for charge which will be additional training on the unit.
• Experience must be short term acute care hospital experience
Required Credentials: Associate Degree or Certificate
Shift & Scheduling:
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation
• Holiday groupings: 2026 Holidays: 4th of JUly (NOC 7/3), Labor Day (NOC 9/6), Christmas Day (12/24), NY Eve (1/1)
• On Call/Call Back Requirements: None
Floating Requirements: Candidate may float to Waukesha Memorial Hospital, Mukwonago and other like units as needed.
9 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 3 years
1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
Proof of identification required
