Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
Experience:
• 18 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with 1 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest.
• 12 months gap required between for Part-Time at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest.
• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Read/interpret strips, Cardiac drips (Amiodarone, Cardizem), Pull Sheaths( perm staff), monitor site sheath site, Pre/Post Cardiac Cath experience( femoral/radial) , chest tube. Non titrating nitro, non titrating dobutamine (ICU if titrated), post pacemaker.
Unit/Facility Details: Parking: Free, onsite and secure.
Special Requests: Can we approve time off? Ask permission from Manager
Shift & Scheduling: - Every third weekend. - Holiday Requirements: yes - Holiday Expectations: 1 summer, 1 winter (flexibility)- Christmas Eve/Day or New Years Eve/Day
Floating Requirements: Yes- like med surg units.
7 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
Proof of identification required
