Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months worked in the last 3 years.
• Experience with Cerner is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (WA) CommonSpirit Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (WA) CommonSpirit Health.

Additional Details:
An interview may not be available prior to offer. At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you are applying to. For positions that require radiation exposure, clinicians are required to purchase their own OSL Luxel dosimeter badge.
Required Credentials: - You are required to pass a Basic Dysrhythmia/EKG exam during onboarding.
Special Requests: - Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months. - Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility.
Unit Details: - Uses Epic. - Medical-surgical overflow patients including CHF, DM, UTI, non critical sepsis, HTN, COPD, isolation, end-of-life/palliative, awaiting placement, and post-op from general surgery. - RNs titrate Heparin gtt and Cardizem gtt (up to 10mg/hr). - RNs read telemetry strips (pending position approval). - Uses CPAP and BiPAP; no high-flow.
Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend. - No call or standby requirement.
Floating Requirements: - First to float.
Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
1 reference required from within the last 3 years
