Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical Oncology experience.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a West Virginia license or compact license (required after submission).
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >100 miles from facility to be submitted.
• No current placement allowed at Program: Health Carousel Program - Mon Health.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: 1-2 years minimum oncology experience.
Unit and facility details: No locals within 100 miles, but willing to consider someone if they are at least 50 miles.
Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submittal. Changes after offer could result in offer being rescinded.
7 days maximum time off
2 references required from within the last 2 years
