Required Skills/Experience: 1 year of experience within the past 3 years must be within a Skilled Nursing Facility.
Required Credentials: Dementia testing will be required prior to start.
Shift & Scheduling: Could be 8 or 12s but is in person in the facility; No weekends or holidays.
Other Requirements: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Salary : $2,031
