Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience worked in the last 24 months.
• 3 months of travel experience is required.
• Experience with Cerner is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a New Hampshire license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: HWL Program - Concord Hospital and no current placement allowed at Program: HWL Program - Concord Hospital.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: 2-3 years of ICU experience; if closer to 2 years, needs strong experience in a variety of care settings.
Preferred Skills/Experience: ICU and stepdown experience preferred.
Required Credentials: NH permanent license or compact license must be in hand. Facility will not accept temp license.
Unit Details: Unit may go weeks at a time without ICU patients and will have a 4:1 PCU ratio. Uses balloon pumps, CRRT, Impella, ICP monitoring, Arctic Sun/TTM management, Alaris pumps, and rapid infuser.
Shift & Scheduling: Weekdays with every other weekend. No call.
Floating Requirements: Float to ED (not just ICU holds), stepdown, and med-surg with modified assignment. May also float to the Behavioral Health Annex (will train).
Special Requests: RTO MUST be included at time of submission
14 days maximum time off
