Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience.
• Experience with Epic is required.
• Trauma Level 1 experience is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Pennsylvania license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• No current placement allowed at Program: Symmetry Workforce Solutions - Jefferson Health Program.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: - Anticoagulation management. - Must have diverse experience. - Experience from a large teaching facility required.
Preferred Skills/Experience: - Critical Care Float Pool experience preferred. - Shock management preferred. - Previous Charge Experience: Preferred
Required Credentials: - Required to pass a basic Relias EKG exam for all units except Behavioral Triage with a score of 88% or higher. Will be given 3 attempts.
Unit Details: - Adult and geriatric patient population. - Floats across 7 ICUs, including medical-surgical, open heart, cardiac, trauma/neuro, neuroscience, and burn critical care units. - Shock management is for medication management. Various anticoagulation protocols per unit/diagnosis.
Shift & Scheduling: - No on-call. - Every other weekend. - Every other holiday.
Floating Requirements: - Will be required to float to all Critical Care Units or to MS or Low Level Monitoring if needed. ICU ratio 1-2 or 3 and MS and LLM ratio up to 4.
Details:
• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
