Requirements
How You’ll Make an Impact:
As a vital part of our clinical team, you aren't just checking vitals—you are a caregiver and an educator. Your day will include:
- Clinical Care: Administering immunizations, providing treatments, and assisting providers with examinations.
- Patient Connection: Greeting families, prepping little ones for their visits, and providing much-needed education and reassurance to parents.
- Coordination: Ensuring medical records are meticulously updated and managing referrals to ensure our patients get the specialized care they need.
- Team Collaboration: Maintaining a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment in our exam rooms.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 1 year of nursing experience (Pediatric experience is a major plus!).
- Licensure: A current Commonwealth of Virginia Nursing License.
- Credentials: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and active CPR certification.

Clinical Expertise & Skills:
- Technical Proficiency: You are competent in operating medical equipment and instruments to provide top-tier patient care.

- Safety & Standards: You have the knowledge required to maintain a safe work environment and the ability to strictly uphold quality control standards.
