Job Summary:
As a Float Home Health Aide (HHA), you’ll play a vital role in providing compassionate care and support to our clients — assisting with personal care, daily living activities, light household tasks, and basic health-related needs.
This position is designed to support coverage for callouts, holidays, and urgent staffing needs across our patient base, ensuring continuity of care when it matters most. You may support patients in Albuquerque (ABQ), Rio Rancho, and occasionally Española, so flexibility and reliability are key.
This float role has the potential to transition into a full-time position, depending on availability and performance.

Education and Experience Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification preferred.
- Previous experience as a home health aide, caregiver, or in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Understanding of basic healthcare practices, hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting and assisting clients.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 an hour
Job Types: Part-time, PRN
