Travel (PTA) - Outpatient Clinic

• 12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

• 10 months of Physical Therapy experience is required from any number of months.

• 6 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months. Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details: Travelers must have a permanent address outside of the 75 mile straight line radius of intended facility, not driving distance. Anyone granted a covid vaccine exemption must comply with weekly testing and proof of a negative COVID-19 test. 1 reference must be from current manager. PTA - Outpatient - Required Please Note**: Time off requests must be disclosed with initial submission to be considered for approval. Time off requested after the acceptance date will not be approved. Patient Population: Primarily outpatient orthopedic adult, but also including neuro outpatient and some orthopedic kids Orientation: 1st week of the contract, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training Shift Information: Starts between 0800 - 0830 Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. No Weekends, Holidays or Call Guaranteed Hours: 40 Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location. Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts. If traveler is required to float (unlikely) they will float to support local OP Rehab facilities No holiday RTO will be approved for travelers.
