About the Customer Service Coordinator — Part Time, Night Shift Role
The Part-Time Customer Service Coordinator handles inbound calls during evening and weekend hours, providing account assistance, troubleshooting support, and customer guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction:
- Respond to inbound calls promptly.
- Provide accurate customer information.
- Assist with navigation of online banking.
- Operational Duties:
- Process account inquiries.
- Handle PIN/password reset tickets.
- Recommend applicable bank services.
- Stop Payments and ACH disputes
- Assisting with Zelle transaction release and account suspensions
- Debt card research, transactional inquiries and activation
- Assist internal department with customer’s research, verifications and follow-ups

Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience.
- Strong communication skills.
Preferred
- Call center experience.
Schedule
Part-time: Mon–Fri 4pm–8pm; Sat 11:30am–5pm; Sun Closed
Physical Demands:
Primarily sedentary; includes use of standard office equipment.
