About The Commercial Loans Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Loans Manager to join our esteemed commercial lending team. This pivotal role is crafted for a seasoned leader with a passion for delivering tailored financial solutions and driving the growth of our commercial loan portfolio. The ideal candidate will excel in fostering exceptional customer relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and executing strategic loan origination with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Expert Guidance: Leverage your banking expertise to guide clients seamlessly through the commercial lending process, ensuring their needs are met with care and accuracy.
• Persuasive Proposal Development: Prepare compelling and accurate loan proposals and documentation that resonate with clients and stakeholders alike.
• Confident Communication: Present and explain financial solutions clearly, empowering clients to make informed decisions with confidence.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, personable relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing customized lending solutions.
• Efficient Time Management: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively to ensure prompt handling of client inquiries and loan applications.
• Multitasking Excellence: Navigate a fast-paced environment, ensuring all aspects of loan processing and management are executed flawlessly.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in commercial lending, credit analysis, or banking management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English; bilingual a plus
• Strong analytical skills with a keen understanding of financial statements and credit risk assessment.
• Ability to build rapport with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Demonstrated capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Access to reliable transportation

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline.
  
  

Schedule

Full-time position. Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (evenings/weekends as needed)

Physical Demands

Primarily sedentary; includes use of standard office equipment.
