We are looking for someone who is bilingual in English and Portuguese, has experience in residential construction, and understands how to manage jobs from start to finish.

• Ability to manage crews and subcontractors
• Strong communication skills with clients and team members
• Ability to read scopes of work and keep projects organized
• Attention to detail and quality control
• Problem-solving skills on job sites
• Reliability, professionalism, and accountability
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to visit job sites, check progress, take photos, and keep the owner updated
• Good attitude and willingness to grow with the company
