What are the responsibilities and job description for the Comfort Advisor position at Trustal Recruiting?
Sell HVAC Solutions You Can Actually Stand Behind
Join a Quality-Driven Team Where Your Reputation and Craftsmanship Matter Most
Since 2001, Pend Oreille Mechanical has been the go-to HVAC contractor providing top-tier commercial and residential services across Sandpoint, ID, North Idaho, and Montana. Run by Sammy Jo and Nick, we are a young, respectful, family-owned team driven by "The Triple Win" - every decision must benefit the customer, employee, and company.
Nick spent a 6 years as an installer at Pend Oreille Mechanical before buying the business. We treat our team as partners and live by a simple motto: winning together or learning together. Our workplace is built entirely on our core values of teamwork, integrity, and pride/passion in what we do and how we do it.
Your Purpose
Forget pushy, high-pressure sales tactics. Your mission as our HVAC Residential Comfort Advisor is to act as a consultative educator - running company leads, generating new opportunities, evaluating the specific needs of residential customers, and following the Certain Path Sales Model to create transparent options for homeowners.
Beyond the sale, you serve as the vital, detailed bridge to our field crew. You will co-manage retro installation jobs with the install manager from the first call to the final review. This includes coordinating timely, quality installs with the operations manager, dispatcher, and customer while enforcing high quality, customer satisfaction, and profit objectives.
