๐ฃ Platform Engineer โ Travel SaaS
A fast-scaling SaaS company in the travel tech space is hiring a Platform Engineer to help build and scale their global, multi-cloud infrastructure.
This is a high-impact role in a product-led, engineering-driven environment. The company operates a modern, multi-service architecture across AWS and GCP and needs someone who can take ownership of platform reliability, CI/CD tooling, and infrastructure as code.
๐ป The role:
- Design, build and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS and/or GCP (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, IAM, etc.)
- Champion Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Pulumi
- Manage containerised deployments with Docker and ECS, Kubernetes or GKE
- Improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with engineering, SRE and security teams
- Take part in on-call and incident response as part of a โyou build it, you run itโ culture
๐ง What theyโre looking for:
- 3 years' hands-on experience with AWS or GCP (multi-cloud experience a plus)
- Strong background in Infrastructure as Code
- Solid understanding of containerisation and orchestration
- Comfortable with scripting (Python, Go or Bash)
- Experience with observability tools (Datadog, CloudWatch, Stackdriver/Cloud Monitoring, etc.)
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
๐ Nice-to-haves:
- Exposure to Windows/.NET, serverless architectures, or compliance frameworks (e.g. SOC 2)
- Experience working in a multi-cloud environment
