Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Holland, OH. The Investment Administrator will play an integral role in supporting the execution of trust and investment services. Responsibilities include assisting with investment account administration, providing client service, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, coordinating with internal teams on investment strategies, and ensuring timely responses to client inquiries/account requests. Some training will be available.

Qualifications
- Experience in Financial Services and Customer Service to support clients preferred.
- Strong Communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint) and relevant investment software tools (GWES, Bloomberg, Morningstar); and attention to detail when maintaining and analyzing client data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics preferred.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a professional environment.
- Familiarity with investments, trust structures, and investment reporting will be advantageous.
