The Compensation & Perks
- Earnings: $34,320 Base Salary Uncapped Monthly Commission (Six-figure earning potential!)

- Background: 2 years of steady work history (any industry—retail, hospitality, sales, etc.).

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
