Company seeking Co-Manager to oversee daily operations of our car wash in Sevierville, TN. This is a full-time position offering Vacation, Health, Dental, Vision and 401K. Great pay and benefits. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Training and scheduling of employees
- Supply and equipment orders
- Basic maintenance skills and upkeep of equipment
- Maintain clean and appealing facility
- Maintain records and documentation
- Ensure compliance to policies and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
Qualifications:
- Previous management experience (3 years)
- Pride in work, strong integrity and highly effective communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to resolve customer conflict
- Mechanical aptitude with ability to trouble shoot
- Ability to lift 30 – 50 lbs.
- Drug test and background check required

Pay: $38,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
