Truscott Rossman is seeking a graphic designer to join our expanding creative department! This individual would be directly involved in the development and execution of marketing and branding deliverables across various channels. Candidates must have a track record of contributing to outstanding, multichannel advertising or marketing campaigns that not only look great but perform efficiently as well. The ideal candidate should be forward-thinking, aware of current trends, and must have excellent verbal and written communication.
Candidates must have prior experience working on a wide range of design projects including logos/branding, print ads, publications, social graphics, email marketing, websites, and digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities
Designer must be able to work and flourish in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment with quick project turnarounds
Implement the principles of design and work within the confines of established brands
Produce creative designs and visually compelling, on-brand materials for a variety of print and digital products using the Adobe Creative Suite
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to brainstorm and develop new ideas
Prepare final press-ready files based on supplied specifications for numerous types of printing – offset, screen, digital, etc.
Present & explain your work to clients – in email or face-to-face settings
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or associate’s degree in graphic design, marketing or a related field
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
3 years work experience as a graphic designer, with exposure to a wide variety of disciplines, including print and digital
Excellent oral and written communication
A diverse portfolio showcasing strong concepting and design
Web design is a plus (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix)
Experience in multimedia production is a plus
